Prior to launching his insurance career, Hayden spent six years in B2B technology consulting, advising business owners on strategy and operational efficiency. That experience, combined with his background in real estate investing and development, gives him a unique owner’s perspective when structuring insurance programs.
Hayden specializes in commercial insurance with a focus on real estate investors, builders, and business owners. He designs tailored coverage strategies across commercial property, builder’s risk, landlord portfolios, umbrella/excess, flood, and business owners policies, while also assisting individuals with home, auto, life, and related personal coverage needs. His approach is consultative and proactive — helping clients identify risk exposures before they become costly problems.
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys real estate investing/development, fitness, golf, and spending time with his family and his dogs. He is licensed to write insurance across the State of Texas and is passionate about helping clients protect what they’ve worked hard to build.
